7-Day Easy Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your PerfectTan wallet. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

What Can’t Be Returned:
Items damaged due to misuse or wear & tear

Personalized or custom products

Products bought during clearance sales unless defective

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
Email us at perfecttanindia@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return

Our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or ship your exchange

Refund Method:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

Refund will be made to the original payment method

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is free if the product is defective or incorrect

For voluntary returns, return shipping costs may apply.
